24 Nov Fall Fest: On Gratitude
Yes, it’s that week again! Thanksgiving always seems to sneak up on us, no?
In making our preparations for the biggest fall bounty of the year, we wanted to take a moment to revel in gratitude, as it has been an extraordinary year for all of us. We are grateful to our community — that means you — for being part of our world as we explore flavors, people and places, and for sharing yourselves generously with us throughout Fall Fest. So many wonderful recipes have been posted that we’re going to get fat just reading them all.
We’re also thankful for our fellow bloggers, who have made each week so much fun for us. I wish we could all gather in a giant kitchen and cook a meal to remember.
Since all of us in the US are now prepping for Thanksgiving, we want to share a few of our back-pocket ideas for jazzing up the turkey table. We’ll be delighted to read yours, too, because sometimes a little bit of inspiration is all a meal needs.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
