You may not know what kitchen professionalism is but I’m sure you can spot it when you experience it. I experienced several times this last week. First, I visited a local Chipotle restaurant and was greeted with it. Then I watched two food movies on it. Lastly, I try to promote it in my classes every week. This week we talk about kitchen professionalism.
