On This Week in Food I want to recognize two food visionaries who epitomize the finest in their field. I talk about Jamie Oliver and his food revolution. Mr. Oliver has been working tirelessly to bring about change in the children are taught about food. I also talk about Grant Achatz who has had worldwide aclaim for his restaurant, Alinea. He is opening a new restaurant called Next. I believe his concept for this new place will change the way we look at fine dining.
