These salted caramels look amazing, and my mental mouth is going crazy with the thoughts of the sensations on my tongue. You’ll note that in most sweet recipes a pinch of salt is used to enhance the sweetness of the flavor, so this is not as unusual a combination as one might think. In fact, I think the caramels must have a rather an intriguing taste profile, particularly because they are also coated in chocolate.
