To close out the month, we’ve added a new assortment of Champagne recipes (including Champagne flan, which has me over the moon), so don’t miss this opportunity to add a little fizz to your kitchen.
Mark and I met with the wonderfully warm Marchetti family in Stamford, CT yesterday. Their family owns and operates three Italian restaurants, and we had the pleasure of losing ourselves in Mama Marchetti’s handmade cavatelli. She makes the pasta for each restaurant *by hand* — every morning. Stay tuned for more on the story of this incredible group of people. Yes, we’re going to make you wait, because we still need to swoon a bit all by ourselves; we’re selfish like that.
