Given how difficult it is to find certain herbs in my local market, I’ve decided to give in at last and plant a bigger herb garden. While I now have the basics, there are some astonishing varieties of herb plants available that could give my cooking a whole new twist. Ever the capable gardener (much more so than myself), my sister pointed me towards Papa Geno’s Herb Farm. Not only do they have intriguing items like pineapple sage, chocolate mint, and every possible variety of basil available, but they also ship the plants to you, so all you need to do is put them in the ground and care for them. Sadly, they are sold out for the season, but woe unto them come September, because I fully intend to clean them out.
