Well, things are getting interesting in the world of web publishing. Since the launch of Gastronomic Meditations in February, our visitor numbers have risen nearly ONE THOUSAND percent.
It seems we’ve hit a nerve with passionate gourmands the world over, and I’m delighted to find there are so many who enjoy our work (which may as well be play). There is a need for the return of intellectual gastronomic discourse, conducted at a level that is engaging, fun, and a little bit sassy. Learning should be a pleasure, after all. 🙂
