I was delighted to discover that our message has been recognized and embraced by some members of eGullet, which is likely the foremost food discussion board on the web. There is no better compliment one can receive than to have one’s message celebrated by people who share the same passion.
Since becoming a member there, I’ve probably spent a good ten hours just perusing its topics, as it is populated by diehard gastronomes, chefs, and food writers. Those threads have served up much food for thought lately, and I’m really thrilled to find the intelligent food discussion that prevails there. Quite a few eGullet members have arrived to chat in our discussion forum as well, so I look forward to the synergy that will come from this dynamic exchange. If we are to bring smart food back to its proper place, such an exchange is needed — and welcomed.
