Oh potatoes, how we adore thee. Delicious when slathered with butter, fried crisp in hot oil or simply mashed with cream. Rustic yet sexy, potatoes come in any shape and size, and a little dirt never hurts.  Join us in exploring some of our favorite potato preparations, but remember: the possibilities are endless.

Each Wednesday for the rest of the summer and fall, a group of blogging friends including those above will swap our recipes and tips about the following harvest-fresh ingredients. Here’s the schedule:
