I decided I needed to voice my angst about the Christmas meal in greater detail, though I have come to a quiet peace with it. Also, given the fact that my quads now hurt so badly I can barely bend over (from tiling the floor), I’m grateful for a simplified menu.
Note to self: No home improvement projects 3 days before Christmas.
Now I am off to continue my prep work and revel in the fun that is cooking for ten. I mean that. Really.
