CHIC Podcast #156: Steakhouse
Once a year, 4 male friends and I get together to partake of a meal of steak. We have been to the best and worst steakhouses in Chicago. I talk about what to look for in a steakhouse, what to stay away from and how to have a good time dining out. We’ll be back with more kitchen techniques in the following weeks.
