This week, we hang out with some personal chefs in Tucson Arizona at the annual USPCA conference, and learn how some chefs are branching out beyond offering dinner solutions for busy people. These enterprising chefs are opening their own cafes and cooking schools, extending their brands to help their clients with healthy lunches, and even helping them learn more about cooking. We also speak with Gail Kenagy, new President of the USPCA, about where the industry is headed.
