Office gnome by day and foodcrafter by night, Amanda’s passions run amok in the kitchen. As an accomplished home cook, she can be found whipping up a coq au vin or a heady Bolognese on any given evening. Food preservation really gets her going, and she’s usually got home canned fruits in the pantry and bacon curing in the fridge.

She’s been chronicling her food, gardening and crafting adventures for the last five years at her blog, Apartment Farm, and has recently joined the Gilded Fork team as the latest Culinary Research Intern, where she’ll put her bookworm and foodcrafter skills to good use.
