Opening the Doors

In putting together our July issue (coming out Monday), I realized that there seems to be a neverending stream of information to be explored on any given food topic. It’s been quite challenging to pare down the topics we want to cover, as we could certainly go on for volumes. However, we still want to be able to discuss cuisine from a broad view, and given the feedback we have recently received, there is clearly a need for a place in which to do so.

You have asked, and we have responded. Next week, along with our new issue, we will unveil our new discussion forums, which will enable us to explore every corner of the world of cuisine, and progress as a group toward a better understanding of gastronomy. I hope you will join us there for some excellent conversation. Stay tuned!
