OMG! That dish with the mussels and Lunenburg sausage looks so freakin good!
And those two chefs giving the instructions are worth looking at! I can’t even get a good Louisiana boudin where I am now! I am now wondering if there is some sausage that would be comparable that is more easily found in my area that I could use as a substitute.

What a great video – this looks soo good. And the tips like using the mussel shell to eat the others is genius…exactly what sets Jen, Chef Mark and CMN apart! Looking forward to all you will be sharing with us in 09! (Munich, Florida Keys…hint hint! :) )
