Sometimes you just meet someone who can talk with about anything in your field. Gabriel Smith, Gabe as he likes to be called is one of those people. He took some time out of his busy schedule to talk with us on what is happening in Chicago restaurants and his career. He graduated about 3 years ago from CHIC and has never looked back.
