CHIC144: Travels with Chef Tom

I’m back, your weary traveling chef, to give you the account of my trip to Ottawa, Canada. I traveled to visit the Le Cordon Bleu chefs at the cooking school there. What a great time we had. I also got to converse with chefs from around the country from our sister schools. We learned so much.
