Matt

I was on the test kitchen web site and saw you talking about cookies. Can you help me. I have been looking for a recipe for an Itilian cookie that is stuffed with humas beans mashed, cocoa, honey etc and then placed in a dough and fried. After fried it is sprinkled with powdered sugar and honey on top with walnuts. My friends mother made these cookies and she lost the recipe and has been trying to find it. We have spent hours in the library and on the itnernet. HElp. I gave Sandy a recipe for a wonderful chocolate cake that you do not bake. Mader from oils and chocolate and whipped cream and placed in a spring form pan and refrigerated. Its greta. Ask her for it. Please email me if you can find this recipe for my friend. Thank you so much,
Marlee Juliano CCJMVJ@aol.com
